Events: If you are no longer able or interested in attending one of our events, we understand that things change. You can transfer your ticket to someone else free of charge; else, you can also request a refund. If less than 30 days until the event, we offer a 50% refund – as we had to make investments based on attendees.

Services: If you would like to cancel your service package (company setup, audits, company secretary services) please do so before we have started the service package to receive a full refund, no questions asked. If the services have gone underway and government and accountant service fees have been executed, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Digital Books and Online Training:

Please give these books and online trainings a good, honest try. If it’s not working for you, tell us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund your money—no questions asked.
